The Back Office Sports Tournament Director is designed to allow you to quickly set up new tournaments and publish information about them on your web site.  With just a few simple clicks of the mouse you can create a single or double elimination tournament for your league and even assign game times based on your specific criteria.

 

 

 

 Tournament Scheduler

  • Create the tournament schedule through a single click user interface that allows you to set up your tournament in minutes rather than hours or days
  • Create a single or double elimination tournament
  • Automatically assign the fields based on reservations defined in the Facility Manager
  • Specify and control the number of games that will be assigned to a team per day
  • Create a tournament bracket that is viewable on your website

 

 

 Tournament / League Management

  • Create an unlimited number of tournaments
  • Define the leagues that will play during a tournament
  • Specify the start and end date for a league
  • Define minimum and maximum age for a league
  • Define the number of games the teams will play during a season
  • Specify the player registration amount for a team
  • Assign league directors for the tournamet.  Track name, address, email address and more.
  • Monitor the tournament through an innovative management console.  View information such as the number of games played, number of games that need to be scheduled, etc. 

 

 

 Team Management

  • Create an unlimited number of teams per tournament
  • Track the coaches for a team.  Information such as name, address, SSN, etc can be tracked for each coach.
  • Track the status of a team; "Confirmed" or "Signed Up"
  • Track the amount paid by a team
  • Specify the tournament seed for a team

 

 

 Facility Management

  • Use facility manager to create the time slots that a game can be played
  • Manage all of the time slots for your tournament so you cannot double book a facility
  • View all of the time slots available or used for a facility through a comprehensive calendar display.
  • Use the Quick Reserve feature to setup game slots for the entire season by specifying time ranges.  For example, "reserve a one hour game from 6pm to 8pm every friday night during the season".
  • Use the Single reservation feature to customize a single game slot.

 

 

 Game Management

 
  • Enter game scores
  • Assign the place and time for the game
  • Cancel games and track the reason for a cancellation
  • Automatically notify coaches, players, league directors and others about a cancellation
  • Automatically notify coaches, players, league directors when a game is rescheduled
  • Auto cancel all games for a field in the case of a rainout.  And automatically notify cocahces, players, and league directors.
