Tots & Me (click for class schedule) Little ones and parents will have a great time developing basic motor skills by participating in a variety of activities through games and basic gymnastics. You and your child will receive professional instruction on floor, balance beam, vault, bars, and trampoline.
3 Year Olds (click for class schedule) Your three year old will enjoy learning basic gymnastic skills on the floor with various circuits, bars, balance beam, vault, and trampoline! This is done with a variety of gymnastic progressions.
Tumbling (click for class schedule) Beginning through advanced trumbling skills are taught to girls ages 6 years old and up using the trampoline, tumble trac, rod floor, and spring floor. Students who can successfully perform a standing back handspring are placed in the advanced class.
Cheer (click for class schedule) Students are taught cheer basics including tumbling, motion technique, and group stunts. This class is great for beginners in both cheerleading and tumbling.
Boys & Girls - Ages 4-5 (click for class schedule) Your child will enjoy tailored instruction according to their abilities on the floor, various circuits, bars, balance beam, vault and trampoline!
Boys Gymnastics (click for class schedule) You will enjoy your child's learning experience as you watch them participate on pommel horse, rings, high bar, parallel bars, floor, vault and trampoline.
Your child will have the opportunity to learn skills and progress from our beginner class to intermediate and then to the advanced level. Our team coaches make selections from the advanced classes for developmental teams.
Girls Gymnastics (click for class schedule) You will enjoy watching your child learn and have fun as they are taught gymnastic skills on each of the Olympic events. Girls will learn appropriate skill progressions on the vault, uneven bars, balance beam, floor exercise and trampoline.
The classes are structured in a way so the girls have the opportunity to progress from the beginner level to intermediate, advanced, advanced gold, and advanced elite where more sophisticated skills are taught up to compulsory level 4.
The team coaches regularly monitor recreational classes and may invite your child to try out for a developmental team.
